Additional Information

Inquire to see if available on your event date.

To secure your date, a 50% non-refundable deposit and signed agreement are required. The remaining 50% will be due 2 weeks prior to your event.

Artist arrives for set up 30 before the start time of event.

Venue to provide a table (6-8ft), table cloth, chairs, and an electrical outlet close to table.

Table should be set up in a dry and covered area where adequate light or an outlet is accessible to plug in lamps.

FAQs

  • We require a 50% deposit upfront along with a signed contract to secure your date. The remaining balance is due two weeks prior to the event date.

  • Yes! I will travel anywhere in the US. I a North Florida based so if you are outside the local area, travel fees and expenses will be added on to your quote for mileage, hotel costs, flight bookings, etc. Request a personalized quote

  • At this time, we are only able to do one or the other for your event. If you really want both done, we suggest doing the live guest portraits for the big day and then we can create a gorgeous bride/groom canvas painting at our studio that will be shipped to you 6-8 weeks after your wedding date. 

  • For guest wedding favors portraits, I use high quality watercolors and ink pens on mixed media paper. I set my materials up in an area that allows me a good view of your event but towards the back as to not disrupt the ceremony. It's a great way for your guest to see the progress of their paintings and get some great interactions. All I require is a table, chairs, an electrical outlet close by, adequate lighting and a dry or covered area.

  • I believe everyone deserves to have their picture done so anyone that I am unable to complete, I will do in studio and have sent out within 2 weeks after the event.

  • Yes, I paint for all types of events. I paint for weddings, milestones, celebrations, corporate events, galas, social events, community events, etc.
